Updates for April 2025

Easter will be on Sunday, April 20, 2025, which is later, so the weather should be GREAT! ! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by early April.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2025, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange, as always, call or see their website before you go..
The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you REALLY must call or email to confirm before you go. They may have been discontinued.

Rock Spring Church is having our Annual Easter egg hunt on Easter Saturday from 10:30-12:30. Invite your friends to the Easter Egg Hunt for Free Pictures with the Easter Bunny, crafts and face painting! The egg hunts are for children from Age 2 through 5th grade children. Before the hunt, stop at the Park Gazebo and get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny. At 11 a.m., bring your Easter baskets and search for the candy filled eggs. The Easter Egg hunt will be divided into age groups. 12 special golden eggs will be hidden and each will have a special prize! and at 1p.m., join the park naturalist for an Easter Egg Dye craft. Decorate and dye traditional hard boiled eggs. Event is free and open to the public.
