Easter will be on Sunday, April 20, 2025, which is later, so the weather should be GREAT! ! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by early April. 

  1. When we CONFIRM an event for 2025, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
  2. Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange, as always, call or see their website before you go..
  3. The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you REALLY must call or email to confirm before you go. They may have been discontinued.

Easter egg hunt for all ages begins at noon sharp, and afterwards there will be an Easter bunny, face painting, a balloon animal maker and more. The Easter Egg Hunt for kids 0-12 begins at noon. Face painting, balloon artist, petting zoo and more. Don't miss the Fort Worth herd cattle drive at 4 pm. The daily cattle drives will be held as usual at 11:30 a.m. and 4 pm (but no cattle drives on Easter Sunday).They don't usually put this event on their website, so you'll have to call them for more details.

Passengers do not de-board the train - it will reverse direction and return to the Grapevine station. This trip does not travel to the Fort Worth Stockyards. Passengers can expect a fun time with an appearance from the Easter Bunny and sweet treats... Purchase tickets. Hop on board the Easter Bunny Express with the Grapevine Vintage Railroad. This egg-citing journey is a unique way to celebrate the holiday and create memories with your loved ones. Riders will receive one bag of Easter candy, festive family photo ops and enjoy a meet & greet with the Easter Bunny.
