Easter will be on Sunday, April 20, 2025, which is later, so the weather should be GREAT! ! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by early April.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2025, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange, as always, call or see their website before you go..
The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you REALLY must call or email to confirm before you go. They may have been discontinued.

Friends of Sadlers Creek State Park says Looks like we'll have great weather for the Sadlers Creek State Park Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, The hunt starts at 12pm across from the park pavilion area. Bring your basket and after the hunt please leave the plastic eggs for next year. Our local Williford Fire Department will also be joining us. Volunteers, meet around 11am to help hide the eggs.

Furman Easter Egg Hunt at Cherrydale Alumni House - Easter egg hunt

Event date and time: No update yet for 2025, if they DO hold it, based on past years, it would likely be on a Saturday, either April 12, 2025 or April 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Please join us on for a morning of family fun at the annual Easter Egg Hunt on the lawn of the Cherrydale Alumni House. We will host two separate hunts for children ages 0 to 3 and 4 to 7. Children 3 and under will enjoy their egg hunt on the front lawn at 10:15 a.m., and ages 4 to 7 will search for Easter eggs in Cherrydale's back yard at 10:45 a.m. Bring your own Easter Egg basket and a camera to document the memories. Light refreshments will be provided. Special appearance by the Easter Bunny. There is no cost to register, but please do so in advance so we may look forward to your participation.

The Easter Bunny, along with the help of Park Rangers, has hidden 1000 eggs at Hickory Knob State Park and we need your help finding them. Did we mention the Easter Bunny?! Yep, he will be here and he wants a selfie with you! Come out and play and enjoy a fun day of great prizes and giveaways here at Hickory Knob State Park. The hunts will be broken down into the following age categories and times:
