Easter will be on Sunday, April 20, 2025, which is later, so the weather should be GREAT! ! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by early April.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2025, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.

Lion members, along with the Easter Bunny, welcome and greet close to 1000 youth and parents of the local community to this annual affair. Even though this service project is a Lions Club Sponsored event, the Community supports it by its help and donations of eggs and cash. Each year the members of the East Cocalico Lions club collect from the community 17 cases of decorated hard-boiled and plastic eggs. That is over 6,000 eggs that had to be found and picked up. When all the eggs are found every participant received a prize supplied and purchased from Wal-Mart in Ephrata. Afterwards everyone enjoys refreshments consisting of hot dogs, soda and hot chocolate, along with fellowship and a chance to win a door prize. , food will be available after the egg hunt. The event will be held rain or shine, now in its 82 year.
