Easter egg hunts are back! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by mid-March.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2025, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange.
The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you must call or email to confirm before you go.

Shippensburg Public Library - Easter egg hunt

Event date and time: We don't yet know if they are holding it in 2024, as it wasn't held the past 2 years, get there by 12:30 pm; hunts start at 1 PM for ages 0 to 3; 1:30 PM for ages 4-8; 2:00 PM for ages 9-12. The Shippensburg Public Library will host an Easter Egg Hunt at the library. There will be three time slots for different age groups: 1 p.m. for ages 0-3; 1:30 p.m. for ages 4-8; and 2 p.m. for ages 9-12. Weather permitting, the egg hunt will be outside in the library yard, and there will be an open craft in the community room. To register, call the library at 717-532-4508.
