Easter will be on Sunday, April 20, 2025, which is later, so the weather should be GREAT! ! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by early April.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2025, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange, as always, call or see their website before you go..
The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you REALLY must call or email to confirm before you go. They may have been discontinued.

Easter is early this year! Start the weekend off with a visit to the Easter Bunny and grab some colorful eggs filled with treats. Our Friends of Rough River group are making plans that the entire family will enjoy. Plan to enjoy a delicious family meal in the Grayson's Landing Restaurant before or after the Easter Egg Hunt which will begin at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. There are hunts for all age groups from age 1 to 11 years of age. Prizes and lots of fun. Lake Barkley State Resort Park showers the fields with over 3,000 eggs in our Egg-ceptional Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny arrives at the fitness center at 2:30 p.m. and the egg hunt starts at 3 p.m. at the fitness center.
