Updates for April 2024

Easter egg hunts are back! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by mid-March.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2024, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange.
The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you must call or email to confirm before you go.

Since many egg hunts do not publish the current year's dates until the very last minute, or simply never respond to email, we may not get their current information, which is why we have links to their websites, Facebook pages and calendars. Butts County

High Falls Easter Egg Hunt - Easter egg hunt

Event date and time: Last year's date was Saturday right before Easter Sunday, so check with them - it MAY be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Join us to enjoy some fun in the sun Easter activities. We will have two age groups: 6 years old and younger, then 7-10 years old. Our Easter Celebration will include inflatables, an egg hunt, refreshments, crafts, games, and much more. Advanced Reservations can be made by calling the park office. Space is limited, so reserve your spot now! $6 plus $5 parking.
Indian Springs State Park Campers' Easter Egg Hunt (for Overnight Guests Only) - Easter egg hunt

Meet at the campground picnic shelter at 10:00am. There will be a short walk from there to the hunting area. $5 parking.
