Easter egg hunts are back! We've started updating the info for this year. Unfortunately MOST wait until the last minute (often just a week before) to publish their dates, times and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in. We expect pages to be up to date by mid-March.

When we CONFIRM an event for 2024, the date will be highlighted in pink, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.
Hunts that were held in the past year or 2 but not yet confirmed for this year are in orange.
The ones NOT in either orange or pink are more dubious - held in the past but not confirmed in the past few years, so just our best guess! These you must call or email to confirm before you go.

The City of Arlington Recreation Department is planning the free annual Easter Egg Hunt in the grass open space on the sound end of the Arlington Airport. Children ages 12 and younger are invited to gather the thousands of plastic eggs that arrive for Easter. The Easter Bunny will be at the event, so bring your camera for photos with the Easter Bunny. If you have attended this event in the past, the gathering area will be a little different this year, as we are locating around a recent construction area and want to stay out of the dirt! This event is free. The egg gathering starts promptly at 11:00, so make sure you arrive on time and bring a basket.
