It looks like egg hunts will be returning in 2021! Unfortunately MANY are waiting until literally the last minute to publish their plans and details. We're updating their information daily as it comes in.  Those we KNOW are having an event in 2021 are highlighted in yellow, like this passage to make them easy to find as you scroll down the page.

RELATED: You may also want to go to a local farm to Pick Your Own fruit and vegetables; strawberries start very soon in most areas! Farms will be open, and it's quite safe out in a field, where people are not close to each othger!

  • Omega Tau Sigma Veterinary Service Fraternity Annual Easter egg hunt - Easter egg hunt
    245 Duck Pond Drive, Blacksburg, VA. Email: ots@vt.edu. Event date and time: Cancelled in 2020, should be held again in 2021. The event is free and open to the public. Omega Tau Sigma (OTS), a service fraternity of the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech, will host an Easter egg hunt on the college's campus located on Duckpond Drive in Blacksburg. The Easter Bunny will be on hand to greet visitors. There will also be balloon animals, face painting, and live bunnies with a handling and care demonstration. Kids can decorate bags to stash the eggs they collect throughout the scavenger hunt. Peter Cottontail will arrive to this egg-citing event at 11:15 a.m. and will be available all morning to meet with the children. Bring your camera to capture a day full of memories! The Eggstravaganza is free event and open to the public. Food and vendor items will be available for purchase in the park.
