Easter Sunday will April 21, 2019, If you plan to hold an Easter egg hunt, add
or update your information as soon as you can. In 2018 most Easter egg hunts
were held on
either Saturday, March 24, 2018 or Saturday, March 31, 2018. ALWAYS click the links to check date and time with the event's own website, as there are often last minute changes due to weather or logistical problems, just click on the link to the event's website and (in most cases), you want to click on the "events" link or "calendar" link on their website.
Or use their site search for "Easter". Do let them know you found them here, so
they will update us next year. Since many egg hunts do not publish the
current year's dates until the very last minute, we may not get their
current information, which is why we have links to their websites, facebook

Midland Railway Historical Association Easter Train -
Easter train ride
1515 W. High Street, Baldwin City, KS 66006.

time: Trains will depart on April 8, 9, and 15 in 2017 at
10am, 1pm and 3:30pm each day. Tickets are $18 for ages 12 and
over and $12 for ages 1 to 11 years. Children under 1yr are free (if
you want them to have their own seat and not in your lap, $12
passenger fair applies [this includes car seats]). All passengers get
a chance to have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny while on
the train!! Bring your own camera or a professional photographer will
be on the train to take a photograph for you (at an extra fee)..
Depot, Answered during operating hours. old Santa Fe Depot. The
Easter Egg Hunt Trains offer an 11 mile round-trip train ride that
includes a visit with the Easter Bunny on the train. Once at Norwood,
KS., (halfway between Ottawa and Baldwin City), the train stops to let
all the passengers off at a park area filled with over 1000 Easter
Eggs per train! Everyone will line up in their appropriate age groups
(3 age groups) and when everyone is ready, THE EGG HUNT WILL BEGIN!
Somewhere in those 1000 eggs will be a “GOLDEN EGG!” The winner of the
golden egg will receive a grand prize, sure to make every child happy!
But do not stop looking through your eggs just because you see candy!
Inside some of the eggs will be prize slips that you redeem from the
conductor on the train! Don't miss out on this
